DESCRIPTION:Wayne Mobile Health Unit (WMHU)\, in partnership with (A Greater Community on the Move for Better Health Physically\, Mentally and Spiritually)\, will be offering the following services: \nAvailable Services: \n*Blood pressure screenings \n*Diabetes\, cholesterol\, and kidney function screenings \n*Standard influenza vaccinations (subject to availability) \n*Take Control of Your Birth Control & Medication Therapy Management (services may vary by site based on availability) \nInsurance will be billed for vaccinations. There is no cost for individuals without insurance coverage. \nWhat to Expect: \n*All medical services will be provided by a qualified healthcare professional. \n*If you have questions concerning vaccine guidance\, please call WMHU at 313-448-9850. \n*Please allow 15 minutes for observation following vaccination.
