DESCRIPTION:Wayne Mobile Health Unit (WMHU)\, in partnership with Dundee Area Health Check\, is offering the following services:  \n  \nWMHU SERVICES:  \n\nBlood Pressure Screening \n\n\nGeneral Health Screenings: Complete Metabolic Panel: Kidney\, liver\, glucose\, electrolytes; Lipid Panel: Cholesterol and cardiovascular risk; Hemoglobin A1c: Diabetes/prediabetes screening; TSH: Thyroid function; and CBC with Differential: Blood and immune system \n\n\nStandard Influenza vaccinations *Subject to availability. Insurance billed for vaccines. (There will be no cost to an individual who does not have insurance coverage). \n\n\nLanguage Line \n\n\nAppointments not required \n\n\nParental/Guardian authorization is required for all services for individuals under 18\, except HIV Screening (13 years and up).  \n\n  \n Other Services that may be available:  \n\nHIV testing (13+ years old\, results within 20 minutes) \n\n\nLinkage to care and community resources \n\n  \nWhat to Expect:  \n* If you have questions concerning vaccine guidance\, please call the WHMU at: 313-448-9850  \n* A qualified healthcare professional will provide all medical services  \n* Please allow 15 minutes for observation post-vaccine
