DESCRIPTION:Wayne Mobile Health Unit (WMHU) in partnership with MDHHS and New Light\, is offering the following preventative health services\, and enrolling for MOTION: \nWMHU SERVICES: \n\nBlood Pressure Screening\nGeneral Health Screenings: Complete Metabolic Panel: Kidney\, liver\, glucose\, electrolytes; Lipid Panel: Cholesterol and cardiovascular risk; Hemoglobin A1c: Diabetes/prediabetes screening; TSH: Thyroid function; and CBC with Differential: Blood and immune system\nStandard Influenza vaccinations *Subject to availability. Insurance billed for vaccines.
