Wayne Health Mobile Health Units (WMHU) in collaboration with Detroit Parent Network (DPN) and Cass Community Shelters are offering the following services:
COVID-19 Pfizer vaccine 1st and 2nd dose ***Please bring your CDC Vaccine card
J&J, Pfizer and Moderna 2&3 doses only
Anyone 1+ years old *Subject to change to 12+
COVID-19 nasal testing (PCR molecular)
* 24-48 hour turnaround time for results
* Anyone 3+ years old
Free Blood Pressure Screening
Free Linkage to Care and Community Resources
No appointment needed
ID not required *We do collect if one is available
Insurance not required. *We do collect but you will not receivea co-pay

What to Expect:
· Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine: must return 21 days to the vaccine location fordose 2
· Qualified healthcare professional willadminister the vaccine
· Mobile Health Units can accommodate drive-thruor walk-up vaccine administration
· Please allow 20 minutes for observation postvaccine, by qualified health care professionals
· Vaccine education will be provided onsite

