Wayne Mobile Health Unit (WMHU), in partnership with Restoration Chapel and Meridian Health, are offering Women’s Health and the following Preventative Health services:

* Blood Pressure Screening
* Diabetes, cholesterol, kidney function screening

*Pre-pregnancy Health Screening Services

* Prenatal Care

* Contraception Services

* Standard Influenza vaccinations *Subject to availability. Insurance billed for vaccines. There will be no cost to an individual who does not have insurance coverage.

* Qualified healthcare professional will provide all medical services
* Please allow 15-minutes for observation post vaccine
* Vaccine education will be provided on-site
