Access Medical Center with Meridian Womens Health

Wayne Mobile Health Unit (WMHU), in partnership with Meridian Health, Women’s Health & Access Medical Center with Meridian Womens Health is offering Women’s Health and the following preventative health services:

WMHU SERVICES:

• Pre-pregnancy Health Screening Services
• Prenatal Care
• Contraception Services
• Blood Pressure Screening
• General Health Screenings: Complete Metabolic Panel: Kidney, liver, glucose, electrolytes; Lipid Panel: Cholesterol and cardiovascular risk; Hemoglobin A1c: Diabetes/prediabetes screening; TSH: Thyroid function; and CBC with Differential: Blood and immune system
• Language Line
• Appointments not required
• Parental/Guardian authorization is required for any individuals under the age of 18 for all services outside of the HIV Screening (13 years and up).

Other Services that may be available:

• HIV testing (13+ years old, results within 20 minutes)
• Linkage to care and community resources
• Medication Therapy Management
