Access Medical Center with Meridan Womens Health Back to School Event

Wayne Mobile Health Unit (WMHU), in partnership with Access Medical Center with Meridan Womens Health is offering the following services:

WHMU SERVICES:

• Blood Pressure Screening
• General Health Screenings: Complete Metabolic Panel: Kidney, liver, glucose, electrolytes; Lipid Panel: Cholesterol and cardiovascular risk; Hemoglobin A1c: Diabetes/prediabetes screening; TSH: Thyroid function; and CBC with Differential: Blood and immune system
• Language Line
• Appointments not required
• Parental/Guardian authorization is required for any individuals under the age of 18 for all services outside of the HIV Screening (13 years and up).

Other Services that may be available:

• HIV testing (13+ years old, results within 20 minutes)
• Linkage to care and community resources
• Medication Therapy Management
• Take Control of your birth control (TCoyBC)
