Wayne Mobile Health Unit (WMHU), and Motion, in partnership with DPL Chase Branch, are offering the following services:
* Blood Pressure Screening
* Diabetes, Cholesterol, Kidney Function Screening
* Standard Influenza vaccinations *Subject to availability. Insurance billed for vaccines. There will be no cost to an individual without insurance coverage.

* Please allow 15 minutes for observation post-vaccine
