Wayne Mobile Health Unit (WMHU), in partnership with Durfee Innovation Society and Meridian Health is offering the following services Women’s Health Services and the following preventative health services:
* Pre-pregnancy Health Screening Services
* Prenatal Care
* Contraception Services
* Blood Pressure Screening
* Diabetes, cholesterol, kidney function screening

What to Expect:
* Qualified healthcare professional will provide all medical services
* Please allow 15-minutes for observation post COVID-19 vaccine
* Vaccine education will be provided on-site
