Wayne Mobile Health Unit (WMHU), in partnership with Faith Redemption Center Church of God in Christ, is offering Women’s Healthcare services including pregnancy, health screening, prenatal care, contraception services and linkage to care along with following services:
* Blood Pressure Screening
* Diabetes, cholesterol, kidney function screening

What to Expect:
* Qualified healthcare professional will provide all medical services
* Please allow 15-minutes for observation post vaccine
* Vaccine education will be provided on-site
