Faith Redemption Center Church of God in Christ

Wayne Mobile Health Unit (WMHU), in partnership with Faith Redemption Center Church of God in Christ, is offering the following services Women’s and Preventative Health Services:

* Pre-pregnancy Health Screening Services

* Prenatal Care

* Contraception Services

* Blood Pressure Screening
* Diabetes, cholesterol, kidney function screening

* If you have questions concerning vaccine guidance, please call the WMHU at: 313-448-9850
* No appointment required

* Standard Influenza vaccinations *Subject to availability. Insurance billed for vaccines. There will be no cost to an individual who does not have insurance coverage.

What to Expect:
* Qualified healthcare professional will provide all medical services
* Please allow 15-minutes for observation post COVID-19 vaccine
* Vaccine education will be provided on-site
