Wayne Mobile Health Unit (WMHU), in partnership with Faith Redemption Center, is offering Preventative Health Screenings and the following services:
* Blood Pressure Screening
* Diabetes, cholesterol, kidney function screening

* Qualified healthcare professional will provide all medical services
* Health and Vaccine education will be provided on-site
