Faith Redemption Church of God in Christ

Wayne Mobile Health Unit (WMHU), in partnership with Faith Redemption Church of God in Christ, is offering Women’s Healthcare and the following preventative healthcare services:

* Pre-pregnancy Health Screening Services

* Prenatal Care

* Contraception Services

* Blood Pressure Screening
* Diabetes, cholesterol, kidney function screening

* Standard Influenza vaccinations *Subject to availability. Insurance billed for vaccines. There will be no cost to an individual who does not have insurance coverage.

What to Expect:
* Qualified healthcare professional will provide all medical services
* Please allow 15-minutes for observation post vaccine
* Vaccine education will be provided on-site
