Food Pantry and Health at Belleville First United Methodist Church

Wayne Mobile Health Unit (WMHU), in partnership with Food Pantry and Health at Belleville First United Methodist Church is offering the following services:
* Blood Pressure Screening
* Diabetes, cholesterol, kidney function screening
* Standard Influenza vaccinations *Subject to availability. Insurance billed vaccines. There will be no cost to an individual who does not have insurance coverage.

What to Expect:
* Qualified healthcare professional will provide all medical services
* Please allow 15-minutes for observation post vaccine
* Vaccine education will be provided on-site
