Wayne Mobile Health Unit (WMHU), in partnership with, Forgotten Harvest and MDHHS Taylor is offering the following services:
* Blood Pressure Screening
* Diabetes, Cholesterol, Kidney Function Screening
* Standard Influenza vaccinations *Subject to availability. Insurance billed for vaccines. There will be no cost to an individual who does not have insurance coverage.

* Please allow 15 minutes for observation post-vaccine
