Wayne Mobile Health Unit (WMHU), in partnership with Jefferson Ave Presbyterian Church Unify Detroit Coalition, is offering the following services:

* Blood Pressure Screening
* Diabetes, cholesterol, kidney function screening

* Standard Influenza vaccinations *Subject to availability. Insurance billed for vaccines.

There will be no cost to an individual who does not have insurance coverage.

* Please allow 15-minutes for observation post vaccine
