Wayne Mobile Health Unit (WMHU), in partnership with Redford Brightmoor Initiative, Free Store & Fresh Produce, Healthy Eating, Healthy You, and Molina Healthcare, is offering the following services:

* Blood Pressure Screening
* Diabetes, cholesterol, kidney function screening

*Retinal Screening

*Urinalysis

* Standard Influenza vaccinations *Subject to availability. Insurance billed for vaccines.

There will be no cost to an individual who does not have insurance coverage.

What to Expect:

* Please allow 15-minutes for observation post vaccine
