Wayne Mobile Health Unit (WMHU), in partnership with Sri Balaji Temple of Great Lakes, will be offering the following services:

Available Services:

       *Blood pressure screenings

       *Diabetes, cholesterol, and kidney function screenings

       *Standard influenza vaccinations (subject to availability)

       *Medication Therapy Management (services may vary by site based on availability)

Insurance will be billed for vaccinations. There is no cost for individuals without insurance coverage.

       *All medical services will be provided by a qualified healthcare professional.

       *Please allow 15 minutes for observation following vaccination.
