SSP: Team Wellness Center- East Clinic

Wayne Health Mobile Unit (WMHU), in partnership with the event organizer, is offering the following services:
* Distribution of sterile needles
* Collection & disposal of used/dirty needles
* HIV testing and counseling
* Hepatitis C testing and counseling
* Distribution of safe use kits
* Distribution of wound care kits
* Distribution of hygiene kits
What to Expect:
* Qualified healthcare professional will provide all medical services
* Parental authorization is required for any individuals under the age of 18-for all services outside of the HIV Screening (13 yr old & up)
