Wayne Health Mobile Unit (WMHU), in partnership with St. Peter’s Early Childhood Center Monthly Food Giveaway and Molina Healthcare is offering the following services:
* Blood Pressure Screening
* Diabetes, cholesterol, kidney function screening
* Standard Influenza vaccinations *Subject to availability. Insurance billed for vaccines. There will be no cost to an individual who does not have insurance coverage.
* Retina Imaging
* Urinalysis

What to Expect:
* Qualified healthcare professional will provide all medical services
* Please allow 15-minutes for observation post COVID-19 vaccine
* Vaccine education will be provided on-site
