Wayne Health Mobile Unit (WMHU), in partnership with Temple Israel & Forgotten Harvest Biweekly Pantry Days with Molina Healthcare, is offering the following services:
* Blood Pressure Screening
* Diabetes, cholesterol, kidney function screening
* Standard Influenza vaccinations *Subject to availability. Insurance billed for vaccines. There will be no cost to an individual who does not have insurance coverage.
* Retina Imaging
* Urinalysis
