Wayne Mobile Health Unit (WMHU), in partnership with (The Guidance Center Head Start Summer Health Fairs (Madonna Nursing students Re:8:30a(9am-3pm) is offering the following services:
* Blood Pressure Screening
* Diabetes, Cholesterol, Kidney Function Screening
Take Control of Your Birth Control, Medication Therapy Management (subject to availability)
* Standard Influenza vaccinations *Subject to availability. Insurance billed for vaccines. There will be no cost to an individual who does not have insurance coverage.
What to Expect:
* If you have questions concerning vaccine guidance, please call the WHMU at: 313-448-9850
* A qualified healthcare professional will provide all medical services
* Please allow 15 minutes for observation post-vaccine
