Wayne Mobile Health Unit (WMHU), in partnership with Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. Michigan Metro Chapter is offering the following services:
* Blood Pressure Screening
* Diabetes, Cholesterol, Kidney Function Screening
* Standard Influenza vaccinations *Subject to availability. Insurance billed for vaccines. There will be no cost to an individual who does not have insurance coverage.

* A qualified healthcare professional will provide all medical services
* Please allow 15 minutes for observation post-vaccine
