Wayne Health Mobile Unit (WMHU), in partnership with St. Peter’s Lutheran School and Early Childhood Center and Molina Healthcare, is offering the following services:

* Blood Pressure Screening
* Diabetes, cholesterol, kidney function screening

* Retina Imaging
* Urinalysis

* Influenza vaccinations *We are billing insurance for flu shots: insurance is highly encouraged; however, there will be no cost to an individual who does not have insurance coverage.

What to Expect:
* Qualified healthcare professional will provide all medical services
* Please allow 15-minutes for observation post COVID-19 vaccine
* Vaccine education will be provided on-site
