Wayne Mobile Health Unit (WMHU), in partnership with Eastside Community Network and Molina Healthcare of Michigan, is offering the following services:
* Blood Pressure Screening
* Diabetes, cholesterol, kidney function screening
*Retinal Testing
*Urinalysis
* Standard Influenza vaccinations *Subject to availability. Insurance billed for vaccines. There will be no cost to an individual who does not have insurance coverage.

What to Expect:
* Qualified healthcare professional will provide all medical services
* Please allow 15-minutes for observation post vaccine
* Vaccine education will be provided on-site
